Greek Creek is is popular campground and river access site - and we need your help fixing it up!
The Gallatin River Task Force and US Forest Service need your help cutting willows! Willows are a prolific plant species often found on river edges. This fall we will be cutting willows to build a bioengineered streambank. This will provide bank stabilization, fish and wildlife habitat, and a strong riparian buffer to help prevent pollutants from getting into the Gallatin.
All volunteers will meet at the Greek Creek Campground off of 191. Work will be conducted on the river side of the campground
