Being a substitute at Morningstar includes a wide range of fun responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Gain experience working with a wide range of ages
- Work with the Team to ensure consistent visual supervision of students throughout the day
- Assist children through key transition times like getting ready to go outside or washing hands before meals
- Work with the team to provide a safe learning environment by tidying, sanitizing and keeping organized as you move through your day
- Diapering, playing, feeding and snuggling, when working with our youngest students
