As part of our check-out process, we'll need volunteers that are quick on their feet, organized, and timely to perform the following processes:
Artwork handlers -
- assist with carrying artwork to stage during auction
- monitoring silent auction
- helping close silent auction
- transporting all artwork to packaging
- helping pack and box artwork
- brining artwork to winning bidders at check out
As a fast-paced team, this role will fly by! The Art Army volunteers snap into action promptly at 7PM as the Live Program begins and brilliantly works their magic behind the scenes to ensure the evening flows smoothly and efficiently for these beautiful works of art and their new owners.
