The Big Sky Artisan Festival is a celebration of fine artisans and craftspeople in beautiful Big Sky, Montana. Held in Big Sky’s Town Center on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023 from 9am to 5pm, the festival features a wide variety of artist mediums such as painting, photography, pottery, jewelry, and other fine handmade products.
We are looking for volunteers to help our 80+ artists identify their load-in zone and their booth location!
The Festival Director and Coordinator will have materials prepared that allows our Volunteer Load-In Coordinators to direct artists to their correct zones.
EXPECTATIONS:
6:30AM - 7AM: Receive load-in materials and information from Festival Director and Coordinator.
7AM - 9AM: Load-In Coordinators will be positioned on the North or South sides of the parks, and will help direct artists to their booths. The rules and expectations will have been sent to the artists prior to the Festival. Artists have 20 minutes to un-load items from the car, afterwards they can park for the day and continue their tent set up.
